Our Commitment

Roots & Wings Christian Academy is organized as a nonprofit corporation in the state of Nebraska, operating under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Financial Transparency: The one thing we will always promise regarding tuition is transparency. You will know exactly how resources are used to benefit our students.

The Parent Partnership: We view parents as active partners, working together to support each child’s growth and strengthen our learning community.

Board of Directors

We are governed by an active Board of Directors rather than a single owner. This interim founding board is establishing policies and guiding the launch of the school.

Parent-Led Committees

This academy is about building something strong together. We are forming several committees and invite families to bring their unique gifts to the table:

  • Curriculum Committee: Researching and selecting high-quality educational materials.
  • Fundraising Committee: Ensuring long-term sustainability and program growth.
  • Prayer Committee: Keeping our school and leadership consistently covered in prayer.
  • PTA / Community Committee: Planning field trips, family gatherings, and fostering parent fellowship.
  • Enrichment Committee: Coordinating Thursday hands-on activities, STEM, art, and special guest speakers.
